Boulder logs 28 million-dollar home sales for October

BOULDER — Boulder saw 28 million-dollar home sales take place in October, including one for $5.9 million that was the most expensive in the Denver metro area.

That’s according to the latest luxury-homes report released Wednesday by Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage. The report is based on multiple listing service data for all homes sold for $1 million or more in the region.

The metro area boasted 141 luxury sales as a whole in October, up from 120 for the same month a year earlier and up from 130 in September of this year.
