Centennial Peaks Hospital expansion to go before Louisville planning commission
LOUISVILLE — Centennial Peaks Hospital, a mental-health facility in Louisville, is slated to go before the city’s planning commission on Thursday night to present plans for a 32-bed, 12,488-square-foot expansion that officials hope to have open by the end of this year.
The addition would be built onto the west side of the existing 72-bed, 52,347-square-foot hospital at 2255 S. 88th St., along with additional parking. Paperwork filed with the city indicates that Centennial Peaks would like to begin construction in April, with an opening for the expansion taking place sometime in November.
