Boulder’s Canterwood Apartments sells for $65 million

Real estate agents who worked on the deal say the $65 million-plus sale of the 216-unit Canterwood Apartments in Boulder or just over $65 million is the priciest per-unit deal for a three-story “garden style” complex.

The Times-Call reports that the sale of the 24-year-old complex is one of the year’s most lucrative deals in Colorado, with a $302,082-per-unit price tag.
