Colorado procurement center to host Longmont office hours

LONGMONT —  The Colorado Procurement Technical Assistance Center will operate an office two days a week in Longmont to provide free assistance to companies in Boulder County that want to bid for government contracts.

Gary Henry, executive director of Colorado PTAC, will be in Longmont on Mondays and Thursdays at the Longmont Area Economic Council’s office at 630 15th Ave., Suite 100A.

“Doing business with the government can be a tremendous opportunity; however, bidding on government contracts can be a difficult process,” Henry said in a prepared statement. “PTAC services can provide that critical component for businesses to successfully compete for contracts.”
