Elevations Credit Union to take over former Blockbuster space

FORT COLLINS – Boulder’s Elevations Credit Union is opening a new office in southeast Fort Collins in the third quarter.
Elevations leased 2,000 square feet of retail at 1526 E. Harmony Road last week, according to a release from Realtec Commercial Real Estate Services, which was involved with the transaction.

“We did pull the trigger. We’re excited,´ said Dennis Paul, spokesperson for Elevations. The company will begin putting together a team to re-finish the building for its use. The building was formerly a Blockbuster video store.

Six employees will staff the branch, and financial advisors and mortgage officers from Elevations will work from the new Fort Collins office as well.
