Fort Collins diners filling up on crêpes trois voies

Consider the crêpe: simple, delicious and, in France, ubiquitous. Like the food itself, French crêperies come in all sizes with all manner of fillings. Some are street carts or informal dine-in/take-out restaurants. Others offer full table service. And now, for no apparent reason, Fort Collins has one of each.
