Veritas Capital acquires Kroll Government Services

LOVELAND – New York-based Veritas Capital has acquired Loveland-based Kroll Government Services Inc., which will be renamed KeyPoint Government Solutions Inc.

Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed.

Veritas Capital is a leading private-equity firm specializing in companies that provide services and products to the government market. Kroll — now KeyPoint — provides security clearance backgrounds checks and employment screening services to U.S. government agencies and employs about 20 in its Centerra offices.
