Gathering honors Northern Colorado Startups to Watch

LOVELAND — Members of BizWest’s inaugural Startups to Watch class and other Northern Colorado business leaders gathered last week at the Forge Events Center in Loveland to congratulate the honorees and celebrate the region’s dynamic spirit of innovation.

BizWest selected its inaugural Startups to Watch class by honoring 20 companies that demonstrate exceptional potential for growth and economic impact. Ten companies from Northern Colorado and 10 from the Boulder Valley were selected after a nomination process that included submissions from the public and BizWest’s editorial team, with final selections made by the editorial staff.

The Boulder Valley honorees were celebrated at a similar gathering July 16 in Boulder.

Honored at the Loveland event Thursday were Loveland-based AtmosZero Inc., Cislunar Industries USA Inc., Impello Biosciences Inc. and Opterus Research and Development Inc.; Fort Collins-based CSU Atlas, Husk Power Systems Inc. and Journey Franchising Inc.; Berthoud-based Ursa Major Technologies Inc.; Greeley-based Wing Shack Enterprises Inc.; and Mead-based Ziggi’s Coffee Franchise LLC.

All 20 honorees will be profiled in an exclusive BizWest print section.

In addition, rankings of BizWest’s Mercury 100 fastest-growing companies for 2023-2025 were revealed at the events in Boulder and Loveland.
