Boulder renews e-scooter, bike rental contracts with Lime, BCycle
BOULDER — Lime and BCycle successfully bid to renew their e-scooter and e-bike rental contracts in Boulder.
“Boulder is a great walking city, especially because of the availability of BCycle and Lime,” Boulder transportation and mobility director Blythe Bailey said in a city news release. “Scooter and bike share provide a convenient way for pedestrians to go a little farther than they planned and make active transportation more practical and flexible for more people.”
Under the renewed contracts, Lime will introduce a model of seated e-scooters dubbed LimeGliders, while BCycle will expand its rental program with additional stations.
