Kolbe acquires Point Five Windows

FORT COLLINS – Point Five Windows Inc. has been acquired by Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork Co. Inc., one of the largest manufacturing employers in north central Wisconsin. Terms of the deal between the two privately held companies were not disclosed.

Point Five Windows, founded in Fort Collins in 1981, manufactures custom wood windows and doors for light commercial, historic restoration and ultra-luxury residential projects. Wausau-based Kolbe & Kolbe is known for its premium windows and doors for the high-end residential market.
