Aegis Staffing Services Inc. acquired

BOULDER – A-1 Careers of Overland, Kan. has acquired Aegis Staffing Services Inc. in Boulder.

Karla Friar, owner of Aegis, will continue as a part-time management consultant to A-1 Careers during a transition period. The acquisition includes an Aegis branch in Westminster.

Aegis has been in operation for nine years and includes three divisions: staffing, accounting and information technology.
