VanHerwaarden family keeps keys to Co’s BMW dealership

FORT COLLINS – When Jacobus “Co” VanHerwaarden decided to retire and sell his BMW dealership in Fort Collins and his Chrysler-Plymouth-Dodge dealership in Limon he didn’t have to look too far – only as far as his daughters.
In August VanHerwaarden’s daughters, Rosalie VanHerwaarden and Christina Dawkins, purchased the dealerships for an undisclosed amount as part of the family’s plan to expand the BMW name in Northern Colorado.
