Commercial real estate brokers see demand for smaller spaces

To accommodate the current demand for smaller spaces, many commercial real estate owners are dividing larger spaces into several 5,000-square-foot or smaller spaces.

An increase in supply, created by companies going bankrupt, downsizing or relocating throughout Boulder and Broomfield counties, has made the real estate environment tenant-friendly. As a result, to fill spaces, many landlords have become increasingly aggressive when making deals.
