Loveland building wins top honor
LOVELAND – Rangeview One, an office building constructed at the Centerra development in Loveland, received the 2002 Office Development of the Year award for projects under 100,000 square feet.
The award was issued by the Colorado chapter of the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties.
Rangeview One, a four-story, 51,000-square-foot building, was developed by joint partnership that included The Everitt Companies, Alliance Construction Solutions and McWhinney Enterprises. RNL Design was the architect.
