‘Neighborhood’ bar to offer alternative to high end in Old Town

The owners of Trailhead Tavern have opened a new bar in Old Town Fort Collins.

The new watering hole is dubbed High Point Bar and is located at 146 N. College Ave. next to Bean Cycle, the Coloradoan reports. Rick Halter, who co-owns Trailhead and High Point, told the paper that the idea was to simply have “a regular bar” amid an area where most new openings have tilted toward high-end offerings.
