DaVita makes major play in Colorado Springs with acquisition deal
DaVita HealthCare Partners Inc. has made another major play in the Colorado Springs market with the planned acquisition of Mountain View Medical Group.
The Colorado Springs Gazette reports that the move, if approved by regulators and Mountain View shareholders, would give DaVita ownership of the Colorado Springs area’s two biggest practices after the company bought Colorado Springs Health Partners 16 months ago.
