“Our main aim is to help brokers, especially during this challenging time in the industry,” Lauren Hansen, IRES’ chief executive, said in a prepared statement. “We are very excited to support Grand Junction Area brokers by increasing their listing exposure and supplying free leads directly to the listing agent from ColoProperty.com.”

Pat Teck, CEO of the nonprofit Grand Junction Area Realtor Association, said brokers and the consumers in Grand Junction will benefit from the collaboration.

In August, Colorado Real Estate Network’s MLS listings from southwest Colorado were added, which added 9,000 listings to the site.

ColoProperty.com has been owned and operated by IRES since 1998. The site features a map search, open houses, rentals, vacation rentals and commercial properties directly from the MLS with no advertising.
