Holiday Inn Express planned for Centerplace in Greeley
GREELEY — TMI Hospitality has submitted preliminary design plans to the city of Greeley to construct a four-story, 108-unit Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites at Centerplace in Greeley.
The hotel would be built on 2.6 acres of vacant land north of 4401 Centerplace Drive and east of 44th Avenue. The property is owned by RADC/CADC based in Leawood, Kan.
The hotel will consist of 64,815 square feet and include an indoor pool, exercise room and a 370-square-foot meeting room. It will have a prep kitchen to provide continental breakfasts. The exterior will consist mostly of cultured stone, according to planning documents.
