Centura, LUH adding ER to Indian Peaks Medical Center in Frederick

FREDERICK — Centura Health and Longmont United Hospital are adding an urgent care/emergency room to their Indian Peaks Medical Clinic in Frederick, according to documents submitted to the town’s planning department.

Details about the addition of services were not available Monday, but Centura spokeswoman Jennifer Wills said that information will be made available Nov. 10.

Preliminary drawings indicate the construction of a driveway and canopy labeled “ambulance” on the west side of the existing building.

The two-story, 36,000-square-foot medical center at 4943 Colorado Highway 52 was built by Longmont United Hospital for $9 million and opened in late 2013.
