Judge’s ruling imminent on Greeley ballot issue
Facing a 5 p.m. Friday deadline for items to be submitted for Greeley’s Nov. 4 municipal ballot, a Weld District judge may rule as soon as Thursday night on whether voters will get to decide whether to repeal the $1.1 billion city-approved financing plan for the Catalyst entertainment district.
