Colorado Springs workforce program to shutter
COLORADO SPRINGS — The Colorado Springs Community Cultural Collective, a nonprofit group that operates the Opus Creative Industries workforce-development program, is closing up shop.
The reason, the organization told the Colorado Springs Gazette, is largely related to loss of public funding.
