What’s your proudest moment either personally or professionally?

Being honored as a Woman of Distinction.

How do you like to unwind?

Reading novels, gardening, hanging with my dogs.

Who is your mentor or role model?

There are so many.  Dawn Paepke, De Dahlgren, Natalie Petersen, my Mother, Ruth Walker Fraser, Chris Wood and Jeff Nuttall.

What’s ahead for you personally or professionally?

I am working part time which suits me. My next big personal goal is to sell my home which my late husband, David Powell and I had built. I have been in this house for 26 years. My next move will hopefully be something smaller with less demanding yard work but room for the dogs.
