Xerox axing hundreds at Springs call center
Xerox Corp. is laying off 350 employees at its call center in northwest Colorado Springs.
The Gazette reports that the affected employees will lose their jobs May 31 as part of the latest reduction in the company’s local workforce. Most of the laid-off workers are customer-care agents, but some trainers, supervisors and managers also are affected.
