Old Town Fort Collins building could see roof raised
The home of a clothing store and barbershop in Old Town Fort Collins could soon get taller if a developer’s plans come to fruition.
The Coloradoan reports that Matt Haskell of U Realty is exploring adding three stories to the building at 228 S. College Ave., though no decision has been made yet whether to demolish the current building and start from scratch or to simply add the three floors to the one story that is there. The addition would include 11 apartments, while the ground floor would remain retail space.
