GREELEY — The United Way of Weld County has named Barb and Rick Jenkins of Greeley as the 2022 Humanitarian Award winners.The pair are long-time volunteers with organizations in Weld County. They were honored at a reception Thursday last week, according to the Greeley Tribune.
