Smith to leave NAI Affinity, form boutique brokerage
FORT COLLINS — Commercial real estate broker Andy Smith will leave NAI Affinity in Fort Collins to form a boutique brokerage that focuses on historic districts and properties.
Jake Hallauer, president of NAI Affinity, the trade name for Affinity Real Estate Partners Inc., said Smith will leave NAI effective July 29.
According to a press statement, Smith began working for NAI Affinity in late 2014, serving clients as both a commercial real estate adviser and development consultant. He was instrumental in projects such as Oakridge Crossing, Lakeview on the Rise, and Cadence by VOA. Smith has also worked in the public sector as a member of the Fort Collins Urban Renewal Authority Board; he previously chaired the Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Commission.

Smith will launch Old Town Colorado LLC, a name he registered with the Secretary of State effective Aug. 1. Old Town will focus on historic districts and properties.
