Noodles promotes new COO, elevates others to leadership roles

BROOMFIELD — Noodles & Co. (Nasdaq: NDLS) announced this week the promotion of Brad West, formerly executive vice president of operations, to chief operating officer.

In his new role, West “will continue to oversee the company’s operations and training organization, as well as broaden his purview to oversee the franchise operations support program and the rollout of new kitchen upgrades,” according to a Noodles news release. “His role will be integral to the success of new unit growth, an area where he has already supported outstanding results with new restaurants being the best performing class in the company’s history.”
