State issues pesticide warning for MMJ American pot products
DENVER — The Colorado Department of Agriculture and the Colorado Department of Public Health and Environment have issued a warning for marijuana products from MMJ America, which operates dispensaries in Boulder and Denver.
Mile High Medical LLC, which does business as MMJ America, was dinged by the state when cannabis tested positive for the potentially harmful Diuron pesticide.
“Affected products include marijuana flower, trim, concentrates, and infused products,” the warning said. “Consumers who have these affected products in their possession should return them to the medical center or retail store from which they were purchased so they can be properly disposed.”
