Mattress Firm to close 8 Colorado stores
Mattress Firm will close up to 700 stores, including eight in Colorado, as a result of its Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.
USA Today reported that the mattress retailer chain will transfer stock from closing stores to stores that it plans to keep open, instead of having going out of business sales.
Stores slated for closing in Colorado include 570 Zang St. in Broomfield, 356 E. Harmony Road in Fort Collins and 2525 Arapahoe Ave. in Boulder. Other closing Colorado stores are in Lakewood (two), Rifle, Westminster and Colorado Springs.
