LONGMONT — A group of local investors has paid $15 million for the Le Deauville apartments in Longmont.
The 100-unit apartment complex had been owned by Longmont United Hospital, which is situated just east of the property.
Built in 1972, Le Deauville is situated on 5.8 acres located at 2201 14th Ave., at the southeast corner of Hover Street and 14th Avenue. Amenities at the property include a pool, clubhouse, playground, mature trees and grass courtyards that separate the community’s four apartment buildings.
The new owners plan to renovate the apartments.
