Chicago firm buys Denver office building
A Chicago-based real estate investment company has snapped up a Denver office property.
BusinessDen reports that the 440,000-square-foot building bounded by Broadway, Lincoln Street, Seventh Avenue and Eighth Avenue was purchased by Chicago’s Bradford Allen for $80.65 million. The property is occupied largely by Anthem BlueCross BlueShield, which fills about 86 percent of the building, BusinessDen reports. The building is 98 percent occupied.
