Mixed-use development Uncommon survives appeal to Fort Collins city council

A six-story mixed-use project slated for downtown Fort Collins is a go after surviving an appeal to City Council on Tuesday night.

The Coloradoan reports that the council was unanimous in upholding the Planning and Zoning Board’s earlier decision to approve the development dubbed Uncommon, which is slated to include ground-floor retail and restaurant space topped by 120 apartments on the upper floors at 310 S. College Ave.
