GlobeImmune’s HQ building changes ownership

LOUISVILLE — The building that houses GlobeImmune Inc.’s headquarters in Louisville has been sold for $25.2 million.

1450 Infinite Drive LLC bought the 161,655-square-foot building that sits on 20.13 acres at 1450 Infinite Drive from Infinite Funding Co. LLC, a entity of Chicago-based Grovsner Capital Managment LP. The building has office space, and a clean electronics lab and clean room manufacturing environment. I

Jeff Decker, vice president of finance for GlobeImmune (Nasdaq:GBIM), said Wednesday the biopharmaceutical company has four years left on its lease. “We’re set for now,” he said.
