Two firms in Fort Collins advance in Cleantech Open

DENVER — Two companies based in FortCollins have made it to the regional finals of the Cleantech Open, securing a chance to compete for the title of top national clean-tech startup.

Behavioral Response Technologies Inc. and eFlux LLC, along with Phoenix-based NVI Algae Products, were named finalists Thursday night at McNichols Civic Center in Denver.

The Rocky Mountain Region is one of eight that constitute the nonprofit Cleantech Open’s national accelerator program.

Behavioral Response Technologies develops instrumentation that enhances the naturally occurring health and production processes of dairy and beef animals.
