Indian Restaurant to open in Gunbarrel

BOULDER – Annapurna Restaurant, operating in Loveland since 2001, will open a second location in the Gunbarrel Square Shopping Center this spring.

RBI-Brokers Inc. brokered the deal for the 4,300-square-foot location.

“An Indian restaurant called Rangoli had been the previous tenant so the location was ideal for Annapurna’s owners,´ said Brent Wilson, who helped orchestrate the lease along with Michael DePalma. “A tandoori clay oven was already installed so, in many respects, it was a turn-key operation for them.”

Narayan Duwal and a partner are the owners. They plan some slight building modifications and must apply for a liquor license, a potential two-month wait, before opening.
