Noodles spreads to Northeast
BROOMFIELD – Noodles & Company announced Wednesday it has signed a deal with a franchiser that will help it expand into the Northeast.
Noodles & Company, a fast-casual chain based in Broomfield, signed the new development agreement with franchise group Hartford Noodles LLC, which is based in Hartford, Connecticut. The franchisee will open several restaurants in Hartford County, Connecticut, with the first scheduled to open in 2012.
Noodles & Company is among the fastest growing restaurant chains in the country. There are more than 260 restaurants in 20 states. The company has yet to launch restaurants in New England, New York or New Jersey.

The chain plans to continue expanding and opening new markets, according to a press release.
