Office parks offer range of services

“No vacancy” signs would abound in Northern Colorado if office parks advertised like hotels.

The region is basically booked. In some cities, the vacancy is as low as 6 percent and companies looking for more than 5,000 square feet may wait up to six months to find it.

However, the scenario is quite different for companies that are willing to work with developers to build offices on open land, and that gives the region a competitive edge over Denver, where existing office space abounds.
