Bennet receives award for supporting farmers

DENVER – Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet has been awarded the
Golden Triangle Award from the National Farmers Union for his support of
agriculture.

It was the third consecutive year Bennet received the award.

“This award is a tremendous honor, and I look forward to keeping up the
fight for Colorado’s farmers, ranchers and rural communities,” Bennet
said.

Bennet, who has received the award every year he has been in office, was
selected for being a consistent voice for ranchers and farmers and his
commitment to rural economic development.
