Housing starts down in West region

The West Census region, which includes Colroado, saw fewer housing starts in November than in November 2011.

Multi-family starts decreased in the region by 39 percent year-over-year. The Colorado Division of Housing attributes this to an unusually large number of multi-family starts in November 2011.
