Suite Health in Loveland acquired by Lux Infusion

LOVELAND — Lux Infusion, a clinician-led infusion services company based in Plantation, Florida, on Thursday announced its acquisition of Suite Health, a provider of specialty infusion therapy based at 5285 McWhinney Blvd., Suite 110, in Loveland.

The acquisition marks Lux Infusion’s entry into Colorado and expands the resources and care options available to Suite Health’s patients and providers.

Financial terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

The combination brings together Suite Health’s established local presence and patient-centered model with LUX Infusion’s broader clinical, operational and technological capabilities. Together, the organizations will seek to enhance the infusion experience, simplify access to care and expand services throughout Colorado.

Lux Infusion is a portfolio company of Frazier Healthcare Partners.
