Los Dos Potrillos plans Loveland restaurant
LOVELAND — Los Dos Potrillos, a Mexican restaurant chain operated by Ramirez Hospitality Group of Centennial, will add restaurants in Loveland and Colorado Springs.
Los Dos Potrillos will open next spring at 6015 Sky Pond Drive in the Promenade Shops at Centerra. Another restaurant will open at 5832 Barnes Road in Colorado Springs early next year.
“Colorado Springs and Loveland have both been on our radar for a long time,” CEO Daniel Ramirez said in a written statement. “We couldn’t be more excited to finally bring Los Dos Potrillos to both communities.”
Los Dos Potrillos was founded by José and Martha Ramírez in 2002 and operates since six locations in Castle Rock, Centennial, Denver, Highlands Ranch, Littleton and Parker.
