Boulder Medical Center eyes redevelopment of site into apartments
The roughly 75-year-old Boulder Medical Center in north Boulder intends to build a new facility elsewhere in the city — and to do so, BMC plans to redevelop its current site and Broadway and Balsam Avenue with more than 200 apartments.
