Townhome community sues Ault over impact fees
A townhome community is suing the Town of Ault, claiming that it adopted an impact-fee ordinance without due process and "repeatedly refused" to meet with the community or its counsel to discuss the dispute, forcing the community to pay a $417,000 fee under protest.
