PFC USA promotes two to VP

GREELEY — Professional Finance Co.. (PFC USA), a Greeley-based provider of healthcare-revenue cycle and accounts-receivable management solutions, has promoted Kris Tann to vice president for client success and Derrik Garhart to vice president for recovery.

“These promotions recognize much more than business results,” Charlie Shoop, president and CEO of PFC USA, said in a prepared statement. “Kris and Derrik consistently demonstrate the behaviors we expect from our senior leaders. They excel in their individual areas of responsibility, lead strong teams, contribute well beyond their own lanes and, most importantly, approach decisions with a PFC USA-first mindset. These promotions recognize the level at which they are already leading.”

Tann joined PFC USA in 2007 as an administrative specialist in the legal department and has since held increasingly broad leadership roles within the organization, most recently serving as director of client success for “PFC Rev.” In that role, she has been responsible for fostering client relationships, supporting new client implementations and operational reviews, and partnering with clients to address challenges and identify strategies that support their goals.

As vice president for client success, she will continue to strengthen PFC USA’s client-relationship management program while providing strategic leadership across client implementations, operational performance and long-term client partnerships.

A graduate of the University of Northern Colorado, Tann also serves as secretary on the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management board and the Success Foundation’s events committee.

Garhart joined PFC USA in 2007 as a recovery specialist and has advanced through numerous leadership roles, most recently serving as senior director of recovery. Throughout his tenure, he has helped advance PFC USA’s approach to inventory and workflow management, process automation, team development and digital recovery strategy.

As vice president for recovery, Garhart will continue to provide strategic oversight of PFC USA’s recovery specialist teams and legal department while continuing to advance technology, automation and operational strategies.

Garhart is also an active voice in the accounts receivable management industry, regularly participating as a panelist and contributor at industry forums and events focused on recovery operations, technology and innovation.
