Fort Collins duck race raises nearly $71K
FORT COLLINS — The third annual Fort Collins Rotary Duck Race in late August raised $70,825 for roughly 45 local nonprofit and community organizations.
“Raising more than $70,000 for organizations in our community is what this event is really about,” Imran Bhimani, Duck Race co-chair and a member of the Rotary Club of Fort Collins Foothills, said in a prepared statement. “Every duck adopted represented someone choosing to support a local organization they care about. Seeing the community rally behind these organizations — and have a lot of fun doing it — is what makes the Duck Race so special.”
The 2026 race outraised the event last year, which brought in more than $67,000.
