Ruling nears on lawsuit over Greeley election
A formal hearing has been scheduled for Aug. 27 on a lawsuit that is attempting to invalidate the results of a municipal referendum that targeted the proposed Cascadia and Catalyst developments in west Greeley, and a final ruling could be imminent.
