Westminster to debut restaurant week in April

WESTMINSTER — Westminster’s first restaurant week, dubbed Westy Restaurant Week, will take place April 17-26. 

“Restaurants will create special meals at affordable price points for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner. Menus will feature new, creative dishes as well as customer favorites to introduce them to a larger audience,” Westminster’s economic development office said in a news release.

Dozens of local restaurants are expected to participate.

“The dining scene in Westminster is expanding in deliciously diverse and creative ways,” Westminster mayor Claire Carmelia said in the release. “We are thrilled to welcome more residents and visitors into our restaurants to experience everything we have to offer.”
