Expansion of Boulder affordable senior housing community planned
BOULDER — Presbyterian Manor, an affordable-housing community for seniors on Arapahoe Avenue in Boulder, could expand in the coming years.
Boulder Report Lab reports that the community could add a three-story 60-unit building on what is currently a parking lot.
