Pearl Arts District would generate $4.1B in economic impact, developers say

Plan includes 2,500-capacity performing-arts center, hotel, housing

A proposed $632 million arts and entertainment district in east Boulder could generate $4.1 billion in economic impact over 30 years — including $2.5 billion in Boulder and Boulder County, according to key findings from a new economic-impact study released Thursday by the project’s developer, Conscience Bay Co.
