Fort Collins’ Canyon Concert Ballet launches emergency fundraiser

FORT COLLINS — Canyon Concert Ballet is launching a $30,000 emergency fundraising campaign that the company says is necessary “to stabilize operations and ensure its programs can continue.”

CCB artistic director Michael Pappalardo said in a statement that “(t)raditional safety nets like grants, support programs, and accessible lending have become harder to secure. It pains us to reach out once more to our community, but we must be honest — without immediate support, we cannot continue to provide the programming that has enriched Northern Colorado for more than four decades.”
